Look close at the type of experience you are going to have with your caterer. Are you just looking to feed people, or are you looking for a great catering experience? When you recieve multiple menu's and quotes, more than likely you shouldn't be comparing apples to apples. Ask your caterer why you should hire them. If they can't give you a good answer right away, you might want to move on...
