FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any prices provided to you are done so as a flat rate versus and hourly charge for our time. Prices are provided to you based on the information you share with us, so the more details you can provide the better. It's helpful to understand how many bedrooms should be cleaned, how many bathrooms should be cleaned, the approximate square footage of the home, and if you have any special requests. Customers who sign up for reoccurring service receive a discount, the more often we clean your home - the deeper the discount! We are currently providing new customer bonuses when you sign up for reoccurring service. This provides you with freebies for services like interior oven cleaning, interior fridge cleaning, window cleaning, laundry, and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you begin services with us you will go through our new customer on boarding process. This process has been refined over our several years in business to be sure we are understanding each customer's unique needs and delivering service in line with your expectations. This process involves a discussion regarding your home and the services you are requesting. As a standard, we will provide you with a list of services we include in each cleaning. If there is something additional you would like to request be performed, we will make note of it. At the start of your first cleaning, we will briefly conduct a walk through and answer any additional questions you may have. We consistently follow up and ask for feedback on both our customer service and our cleaning. It's so important to us that you are able to provide feedback that promotes our continuous improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over ten years experience in the cleaning industry. Additionally, we certify every single one of our team members as professional cleaners through a professional cleaning educational institution. This certification not only covers clean techniques and skills but also includes ethics training which we handle as a high priority.
