FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is listed on our website - and there are variables and discounts available based on the services required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Kristin will discuss your needs and create a program for you and your pets, She will assign a member of the CAC Team to be your Primary walker or set up a trial Day Camp session. New Members receive our Membership materials, policies etc. and return those forms and then generally meet with their walker prior to beginning services. We can also jump right in with minimal lead time if a new Member is in need of immediate help. We only require some basic information and access to the home to be able to assist with short notice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients choose CAC to provide daily dog walking while they are at work or otherwise engaged away from home, as well as pet sitting while they travel. We also provide socialization programs like our Doggie Day Camp to give the dogs the "pack experience" as well as exercise, companionship and stimulation.Knowing that their pets are occupied and cared for in their absence gives our clients peace of mind. We also care for cats, birds and most other household pets, administer medications, meals and can accommodate special requests such as transport to the groomer etc.
