- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complication. We just go off of the song list, and how much of our time will be devoted to playing in your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have the customer attend a rehearsal or a live reheardal viewing via phone or iPad, with Communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have education in reading music, and jazz band education.
