Sub-par. First they were late. Second, the things that I specified that I would like cleaned were not done. I was quoted $125 for 3hrs and $25 for each additional hour. After I saw that things they claimed they cleaned were in fact not clean I notified Julie who went back and forth with me about how those things were cleaned even after I showed her pictures, then she told me that my requests would have needed longer than three hours. If more than three hours was needed to complete the requests it seems some sort of notification would have been given so the work could be done. Ultimately the only things that seemed to be done in three hours was that all my floors were very clean. Then they complained because I was a few minutes late returning even though they arrived late. Julie came back and cleaned out some of the cabinets which was one of my main requests. $125 to clean my floors is ridiculous. Very happy with service from Two Broke Girls! Communication was very smooth, they arrived on time and made sure that we were happy with everything before packing up. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?As previously stated we are not one size fits all, we will make every effort to accommodate your budget and needs. We are happy to work with you to create a package that best suits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will schedule a mutually agreeable appointment for services to be provided. Upon arrival we ask for a brief tour highlighting the areas of most concern, as well as establish if we feel that more time will be required to complete the scope of work. We want to be sure that our customers are left completely satisfied and can confidently refer us to their family & friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a mother of two and retired General Manager, both of which require a great deal of attention to detail. I am always keeping my eyes open for ways to improve our performance. Whether it be finding quality natural ingredients, or simple tricks, we like to stay relevant!
