- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 15 minute discovery call. This ensures that I can support your specific need toward personal excellence. We schedule the frequency of our calls and how payments will be processed. Intake form will be completed before first session. The 'On the VERGE of Excellence' coaching package is 7 sessions. ***optional - A one-time 1 hour risk-free session for a quick mindset check for those needing support for an upcoming life transition is available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a coach for 15 years and throughout my experiences working with people from various industries I learned that every person that accomplished their goals turned out happier, having better relationships with others, and more successful than if they would have done nothing about the burning internal desire they felt to grow. I have been on leadership teams since I have graduated college in 08' because I worked really hard and chose to see others by their strengths. I learned a lot through my experiences and realized that I have a natural gift of showing others what they find hard to see in themselves. I teach this mindset to my clients that I work with through my framework, The Intentional 5, and I also lead workshops for executive teams/team leaders to build stronger relationships with their employees and stakeholders. I have mastered the ability to help people reach their goals and do it with joy and grace. I focus on the how and why - HOW will you go about the change you want to see and WHY is the change of value to you and others that are impacted by you.
