Vinny came out to the home because we were having an issue with our water heater, which was going on for a LONG TIME. He assessed the problem for no charge, took initiative to contact the manufacturer and get us a free part which he installed as soon as we recieved it. Vinny fixed a problem that I thought could never be fixed. And he did it for a very fair price. I definitely recommend him and I'll work with him in the future.

In a word-Amazing! I have FINALLY found a trustworthy and professional plumber. Vinny went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and his work was impeccably done! He installed a new toilet for us, fixed the toilet in the downstairs floor (it was installed incorrectly and not steady in place), installed a new faucet for our kitchen sink and fixed a leak we had. We already have a new project lined up that he will be working on as well. (And I am sure there will be more!) Again, I cannot say enough great things about Vinny and I recommend him to anyone looking for a new plumber.

Vinnie is a pleasure to work with. He has a very pleasant demeanor and is a great communicator. I find that communication is one of the weak spots of the trade industry and Vinnie is an exception to that. I am now doing work in MA and am SO SAD that I can't utilize him for my work in MA. We got a response from Vinny almost immediately after we posted our request for some plumbing work. Vinny showed up the next day at the agreed upon time, looked at what needed to be done, and provided a reasonable quote for the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and everything was very professionally done. I would call him again for any other plumbing needs and would also highly recommend to anyone who needs a quality plumber.
