I had a bathroom leak on a Sunday and reached out looking for plumbing support using the app. Martin responded immediately and when I asked if they could come out on Monday, the reply was yes at 8 am. This removed a lot of stress for me and he showed up as planned. He reviewed what I needed done and I also added in some other items. Sophisticated Rooter Service sent out two technicians to diagnose the source of a leak I had and to provide an estimate. The techs called me when they were on their way and showed up right on time. Even though it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, the technicians were understanding and professional. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.
