- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and brings with it a level of responsiveness and quality that simply can't be matched. We are completely open with our pricing and will offer thoroughly detailed estimates on-the-spot estimates for many projects and within 24 hours for more complicated undertakings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jobs begin with a free on-site estimate to help us understand the full scope of work and see exactly what the customer is looking for. Based on that we may explore the job further and offer some input regarding the customer's wants and needs. From there we offer a formal quote which can be approved or returned for changes by the customer. After approval, we can move forward with the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years experience working for other lawn care organizations operating all different types of equipment and interacting with thousands of customers. Any type of project you can think of, I've worked on it! This has given me a breadth of knowledge on projects from lawn renovation to water feature maintenance and installation and beyond.
