- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing policy is very simple, "time & materials." I charge an hourly fee (including travel time) and any additional items are charged separately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With the speed that this industry changes, everyday the is some level of education necessary. Each new operating system, each new version of a program requires keep up with the new information. Apple continually provides new training to maintain certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I looked for help and could only find "bad" help, so once I became proficient, I decided to provide the service I couldn't find!
