- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am just starting out. I am hungry for work and to build a good client base. I hate not finishing a job and am very detail oriented and particular about how my work comes out. I am going to be on the lower side but the quality will be very high
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a lead or a quote request and I look it over. I reasearch it a bit then contact the customer. Meet the customer to go over exactly what needs to be done. I send a quote and if I get the job, set a date, take before and after pics. I like to go over the job once done to make sure everything is done that was asked. If something was not done well or right, I want to know so I can fix it. I will be open and honest about if I can take a job or if I can or cannot do it/handle it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took Electrical at Bristol Tec & Porter And Chester institute. I was a 3 year Electrical apprentice for NyConn Electrical. I was the manager of Electrical, Plumbing, Inside and Outdoor Lawn and Garden at Lowes for 3 years and have been learning about lawns and grass and methods for the last 4 years. I have sucsessfully fixed my entire lawn. Now I want to fix yours
