- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing speaks to the level of quality we bring to homes and businesses across the state. We aim to IMPRESS with high quality products, perfected techniques, and a little hard work! We find that our pricing is competitive with companies of similar standards and practices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we treat customers like family. I always like to meet my customers before working with them. Usually on the initial estimate you will find I am very attentive to any and all customer needs. The customer comes first, my job is to bring your vision to reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained my body and mind for years. From my knowledge of all products and specifications, to my nearly perfected techniques and attention to every aspect of a project.
