My experience with Short Bus Catering can only be described as outstanding. They made my wedding reception unforgettable and my guests will be talking about the food and service for years to come. Clayton and Kurt with Short Bus Catering catered our 2014 corporate holiday party, which was attended by not only employees but clients as well. It was held on a Saturday evening at the home of one of our firm's owners and the approximately 20 people in attendance commented on how delicious as well as beautifully presented the food was. We had the opportunity to work with Clayton and Kurt beforehand in putting together the menu we wanted, right down to having sugar cookies with our company logo printed on them in edible ink. A couple of our attendees had specific dietary challenges (nut allergies, gluten free, etc.) which Clayton was more than happy to accommodate. No chafing dishes and sterno cans here; the appetizers as well as main courses were made on premises in small batches and as they were consumed, more were made so that nothing sat around getting cold. Clayton's experience having worked for Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio at one of his restaurants was evident in his attention to detail and knowledge of how to create culinary delights. They also provided us with a bartender for the evening who kept everyone in good spirits. We would not hesitate to work with Short Bus Catering in the future, and highly recommend them for anyone's event.

I hired Clayton to do a BBQ Buffet at a park for a birthday party. From the time I received his quote until I handed him his final payment, it was a pleasure working with him. He was always very courteous & professional. I wanted the meal served at 1:00 and at 1:00 we were eating. The food was delicious. One of the things he did that I thought was quite unique was on the serving table he had 3 serving dishes that looked like small covered grills for the Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & Chicken. Clayton did an outstanding job and I would definitely hire him again. Cheryl Schaefer

Working with Clayton and Kurt from Short Bus Catering was wonderful! From the tasting until the end of our wedding reception they provided us with spectacular food, attention and made our day completely worry free! Our guests LOVED the food and their unique way of preparing the food is amazing. It's not just your typical "wedding" food, but really a work of art. Their wait staff was extremely professional and attentive to our guests. The personalized service and attention they gave us was priceless and made our day perfect!

Clayton and his staff put us totally at ease! The entire experience was exceptional from the tasting to the cutting of the cake at the end of the reception! The food was delicious and the presentation was unique. The kitchen was spotless after the reception. Thank you Clayton!!!
