I sent this to the company a few days ago. I wanted them to see and have a chance to respond to my review. I heard nothing. These guys I wanted so hard to believe in. They seemed nice and as if they knew what they were talking about. They sent a detailed proposal. But the actual work results are poor. They told me repeatedly how hard they had worked and what a good job was done (to justify something, but honestly, they are supposedly the pros here not ME! Not my responsibility if you don't know how much work is involved in something you say you've done for 30 years). Specific line items on the proposal I was told when I asked why they hadn't been done that they were never intended to be done. (Then why are they on the proposal?!) My deck where they staged has a gouged railing. The brick repair looks like it was done by a kindergartner and the sealant is CLEARLY to the naked eye missing in patches. I don't doubt they were here and got sweaty. But the end results are disappointing. I highly doubt that this expensive repair will last any time at all. Instead of sending the requested pictures of the top of the chimney to see what it looked like after, I got pictures of their staging. So many signs that things just weren't done right if the work I can see looks poor then what should I think about the work I can't see. Feeling scammed. (In addition, they were sloppy with the sealant and got it on windows which then they scraped off leaving a scratched up mess.)

I am totally satisfied with the foundation repair and basement window installation. They said what they can do and did what said. They worked in the rain and the hot sun and were cheerful throughout the whole project. They even gave me an extra week for the final payment!!! I have a cobblestone wall that needs rebuilding in the future and would not hesitate to hire them again.
