I got a response within half an hour of my initial contact. Josh came out the next day, and was able to get all my doors sorted in just a couple hours. Very polite and pleasant to work with, and explained the "hows" and "whys" of what needed to be done on the various types of locks/doors we were looking at.

A very nice gentleman who took great care to make sure my lock repair was done correctly and that locks were functioning properly before leaving. I had a broken lock on my Anderson door.I had called several people prior to trying thumbtack. Most didn’t want to be bothered. One guy said that I needed a new door $7000. I went to thumbtack. Woody called me within minutes of my call. He was onsite within the hour. He looked at the problem, analyzed it. Then did his magic. My door is repaired .Great job Woody !
