Adam, with Ed The Phone Guy LLC was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I recently purchased a home and wanted to take precautions to make sure I felt safe. Adam took the time to explain all of the options and what he recommended. He was very patient, kind and answered all my questions. He suggested two areas where he thought cameras would be most helpful and stated that we can always add more down the line. Adam was clear, transparent and fair with pricing and costs. He also took the time to assist me in downloading the corresponding app and showing me all the features like checking the cameras in the moment or going back and looking at recorded time stamps. I can’t recommend Adam enough. I look forward to utilizing Adam’s services again and again. Support small businesses!
