We recently had a new high-efficiency boiler installed by M&R Mechanical Services to replace our 20-year-old system, and the installation was done professionally and smoothly. Everything worked great overall, but a couple of weeks later, we noticed that one of the second-floor rooms wasnt heating properly. The second floor has radiators, while the first floor has baseboards, so we gave them a call. Their customer service was great, and they were able to send Franklin E. out the very next day.Franklin E. was outstanding. He explained that the radiators needed to be bled, took care of that for all of the radiator rooms, and then made sure the pressure tank had the proper water level afterward. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything he was doing and why, especially since this was a brand-new system. He walked me through how the boiler works, what to look out for, and made sure I fully understood and felt comfortable before he left.Franklin E. was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. He made me feel confident that were in great hands. I rarely leave reviews, but between the excellent installation, quick response, and Franklin E.s exceptional service, this experience absolutely deserved one. M&R replaced our entire home HVAC - three units with complex installation requirements. The team was professional and thorough. Due to M&Rs HVAC work, we asked M&R to install two cascading tankless water heaters. HOME RUN. Hot water for all. Full recommend on M&R and upgrading your water heaters.
