Our condenser unit failed just as the weather was getting hot, and Giovanni did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue and installing the new unit promptlyeven volunteering to do the work over the weekend. Excellent customer service!

M&R were really wonderful. At first I called them to repair a heat pump. They came on time and the technician, Jesse, noticed that the heat pump was less than a year old. Instead of going ahead with the repair he advised me that the company that installed it would fix it for free under the warrantee, which they did.A week later I called M&R to repair a gas furnace. The part they needed was not being manufactured anymore but they persevered and got one that worked. Jesse also advised me on things I needed to do to prevent future problems with the furnace.All in all they were very good. Helpful, on time and reasonably priced.
