- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be fair and we offer discounts for children’s parties and also non profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically gather all of the information over the telephone and if we feel the need to go and inspect a venue, we do. Otherwise, we are very experienced in many different applications and can usually assess the needs over the phone and when we arrive prior to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University Orlando, FL and Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry from University of New Haven.
