We had to quickly update a bathroom to allow for better access for our aging parents and Five Star Bath Solutions was responsive, flexible, offered a good value, and completed the work in less time than expected. Our parents live in a custom-built, high end home and we were able to find options that worked with their home and needs. The owner met with us to discuss two bathroom options and we were able to make a decision that fit out budget and required the least amount of disruption to our parents' home and lives. The crew installed the new shower and toilet and left no construction debris or dust anywhere in the house. They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Connecticut to anyone that needs a bathroom update or renovation, without reservation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our design consultation, we will provide a one year estimate. From time to time, we run time-sensitive promotions and for interested customers, upgrades.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with a new customer for a free no-obligation consultation. During this visit, we will assess the project to see if it's something we can do. If it is, we will share our solution, provide samples, design multiple options, and price each option down to the penny.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our sales team, callers, installers, etc. all go through rigorous training.
