Very professional organization, wish more companies are like them. Pre-planning was perfect, Aaron the tech showed up on time. Aaron took his time and was more interested in finding the root cause of the problem, rather than do what I requested. Other companies definitely don't take this approach because they're more interested in making money than providing true lasting service. In the end, Aaron suggested against my approach and made very insightful recommendations that will end up saving me a lot of money and problems in the long run. He also performed valuable inspections on other systems and asked me to call him back in the future if needed. Perfect service demonstrated, fully satisfied , and zero complaints.

Recently, Aaron T. from AirFlowix Home Services LLC came out for an AC/ductwork issue and was fantastic.
He listened attentively to my concerns, and methodically checked everything — vents, furnace, thermostat, the AC unit itself — to rule out possible causes.
Thorough, patient, and never rushed, even though the process took time.
At the end, Aaron wrapped up his service visit with recorded notes on his findings so I could pass them to the next technician, plus solid recommendations on next steps.
Again, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to solve the problem, not just check a box.

Our clothes dryer was taking three cycles to dry any clothing. We thought we'd need to buy a new machine. Before investing in a new one, we decided to have AirFlowix come out and clean the dryer duct. Technician, Aaron, came out on a rainy Sunday morning and said he'd take a look to see if it needed an annual clean or a more in-depth deep clean. I was not surprised that he recommended the deep clean. I doubt the dryer vent has been serviced in more than a decade, likely longer. Aaron rolled up his sleeves and worked for the better part of an hour cleaning the vent, behind the machine, the lint trap, and installing a new and improved duct. He also recommended holding off buying a new machine, since our current one was an oldie-but-a-goodie. Happily, I tested the vent cleaning afterwards and the laundry dried in one cycle again, just like it should. And we don't need to buy a new machine! Yay! Aaron was professional, pleasant, and effective. Thank you!

Making sure a full inspection is given to the costumer with pictures before and after so he can understand the situation and the inspection given to his property
