- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Emille Jones offers a competitive value for the quality received. Essentially, pricing is both flexible and dependent on the requested service. Client feedback on pricing is much appreciated and taken into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients there are six steps which are commonly taken to ensure success: 1. An on-boarding meeting will be scheduled. 2. Roles and responsibilities will be reviewed. 3. Desired outcomes will be discussed. 4. Anticipated challenges, barriers, or road-blocks will be discussed in an effort to plan ahead. 5. Client will have the opportunity to provide feedback. 6. Notes will be taken and follow-up will be provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a B.S. in Psychology, an M.A. in Community Psychology with a clinical concentration, and a PhD in Psychology with a focus on trauma services. Additionally, I am credentialed to offer family development services. My education coupled with my work experience offers the opportunity to work with diverse markets. Whether the service need is clinical in nature, life/career coaching, program development, consultation, or simply writing services; I can tailor services to meet needs of clients.
