The tech was very nice and spent a lot of time trying to find the problem. I asked for a 9am appointment and kept getting messages from you that my 9am appointment was confirmed but the tech was messaging me that he would arrive at 12pm. It was somewhat confusing and you should coordinate better. The tech pulled the dishwasher out to look underneath. During the process he did not lay down a blanket or cardboard. When the dishwasher was put back in place there were scratches in my wood floor. I found this to be unprofessional. Since the water leak already damaged the floor we are planning on having it sanded so I expect the scratches will come out. Thanks Since I wrote my comments we have tried to use our dishwasher only to find that it still leaks. We spend $200 and the problem is not fixed. Do you guarantee your work? Very disappointing
