- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank you for reaching out to us at La Jolie Chef. We look forward to speaking with you. We always schedule an introductory call with all new clients to get acquainted and discuss menu options, pricing, and other dietary choices for your event. Please be aware that all quotes will always include both a charge for Food and Labor. At your convenience, please let us know some times that would work for your schedule to speak, and we would be happy to call you. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career at Gourmet Magazine as an Editorial Assistant. I then won a Grant from the International Rotary Foundation to study Classical French Cuisine. I was accepted and studied at L'Ecole de Cuisine de la Varenne in Paris. I came home and started my Personal Chef business La Jolie Chef Personal Chef Services. and the rest as they say...is history
