Introduction: I offer complete grounds maintenance for lawns and leave collection, to also include pruning, tree and shrub health, snow plowing and removal, complete knowledge of HVAC equipment operation for heating and cooling. I have experience in plumbing for baths, showers, kitchens and drainage piping under the basement floor and underground. I have full knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing, windows and all types of siding and some basic knowledge of electricity. I also was an environmental contractor for underground fuel tanks and soil remediation. I have a vast knowledge for driveways and parking lot maintenance and replacement. Believe it or not, I have performed all the services mentioned above for about forty years.
