He took my wants and needs for the system and made a practical itemized quote. In the end, we got the system we wanted, installed professionally at a very reasonable rate. Adi was great. He came out and we had a very thorough conversation about what was going on with my ductwork project. He offered up some great suggestions on how best to move the ductwork while not burdening my system. He gave a quote promptly that was fair and was able to schedule the job soon after I accepted the quote. He worked hard to be sure the new ducts were flush to where my new floor level I’ll be and also out of the way. I would highly recommend him and will use Diamond again.
