FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25.00 per visit for dog walking. I spend about 1 hour walking /playing / and reinforcing basic training. (People forget to do the basics on a regular basis) If the dog comes to me, I charge $20.00. I have an enclosed back yard were we can play and again go over basic training, sit, stay, sit-come. If you need me to stay overnight, includes night and morning walks, feeding and loving, my fee is $55.00
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been looking for a first aid and CPR for pets. I can't find one buy I am still looking. When I was working for the vet hospital, on of our kittens went into cardiac arrest while coming out of anesthesia and a co-worker and I did CPR as trained. It didn't work and that was heartbreaking. We did everything right!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have 2. The first was when I sat for 2 dogs. One was as friendly as could be, but the other one had just lost his buddy and was inconsolable. He just coward even with his parents their. It took awhile but finally he got on the couch with his brother and me and there we stayed all night. That was amazing! The other one was cat sitting for 1 cat and 1 kitten who was extremely ill. I was able to give him his medication 3 times a day. I just held him knowing he was not going to make it. I feel blessed that I was with him. He passed 3 days later, buy I got to love and comfort him. I am blessed to have been there to hold and cuddle him.
