- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our estimates are free, we try to be competitive with our pricing not every company has the same overhead costs or produces the same quality of work. The old saying is you get what you pay for. We stand by all our work with 15 yr workmanship error warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we take our time to get a clear picture of exactly what the customer wants and try to match sure we can stay with in their budget. We try to get the best pricing on materials for customers to bring down project costs as best as possible. When it comes time to signing any contract we sit down with customer make sure they have a clear understanding on everything we are going to do and just in case we missed anything while typing up contract. Not only does a contract protect us it protects the customer.

First job as a teenager was working for someone that did construction.
