Kids and Keyboards

Introduction: If your young child wants to learn to play the piano (or electronic keyboard) then look no further. I have a passion for music, and I believe that children have an innate love of music too, my job is to show them how to express it. I studied the piano with the London College of music, and I am a qualified school teacher. I have excellent communication skills that I weave into my lessons. I ensure that my students are learning in a relaxed and happy environment and have clear objectives and learning outcomes. I believe in giving students encouragement and praise as they learn, giving them a sense of achievement. I often run music workshops from my home where my students can meet other students, spend time participating in fun music based activities that enrich our lessons. Workshops are very popular, there are prizes to be won, and the students are always fully engaged in the task at hand. I am a British, married with two teenage daughters and was a school teacher in the U.K for many years.
