The results are proof enough that Chris is an outstanding trainer. I have been working with Chris for six weeks. First, let me say that I haven't had a bad work out since Chris started writing my programs. Second, I have lost 5 lbs, an inch off my waist, and inch and half off my hips. He listened to what my goals were and has kept me challenged while I've met those goals. He has given me practical advice about what to eat and when. I am excited about my future fitness goals for once. Thanks Chris!!!

I just got back to the gym after a 2 year"hiatus". I really let myself slack and felt terrible after this winter. I decided to hire a trainer for just once a week to get me motivated and because I had so many aches and pains. I'm 63, female, and I am so comfortable with Chris. He is patient and set up a plan that has gotten me feeling so much better already!

I am currently working with my personal trainer Chris T. I work with Chris once a week at Summit Fitness. I started with 4 one hour sessions and singed up for an additional 4 half hour sessions. Chris put together a plan of action to strengthen my core because I have degenerative disk problems. We have gradually changed and increased the stretching and strengthening exercises and have now included some gym equipment. Chris has been very patient and has produced a workable plan for my particular situation.

I have only been working with Chris for a few months. He has set me up on a strength training program, and the progress I have made so far is incredible. I thought I was doing good on my own but since starting to train with Chris, I can see what progress really looks like. Great trainer and incredibly nice guy. Fun to work out with.

I was lucky enough to begin working with Chris this year. Besides joining Silver Sneakers at Summit, I decided to try personal training for the first time in my life. Chris is great because he listened to my concerns and tailored the exercise program to improve my balance, stability and upper body strength. He encourages me to improve, and I think I am. I also like him because he likes his dog, Tyson.
