I had a roof that was damaged after a bad storm many of the tiles were missing and I was worried that there was another big storm coming very soon that would leak into my house. They came the same day to temporarily protect the roof until we could work it out with the insurance company. From there on the end they took care of all the interactions with the insurance company and worked it out so that it cost me almost nothing. In addition they upgraded my roof to new architectural shingles and basically gave me a 50 year warranty. I will definitely use them for other things like painting and deck work. I am giving them the best review Ive ever given. You will be happy if you work with them!

My wife and I had a great experience with the team at New England Roofing. We were out of state when a micro-burst type storm tore approximately half of our roof off. Neighbors called us and informed us of the damage and we were at a loss on what to do. We googled roofing companies and found great reviews on New England Roofing, so we took a chance and called them. The staff was over the top professional and assured us that they would go out and secure our home immediately and also that they would completely manage the situation with our insurance company. The team at New England Roofing over delivered on every promise and the workmanship is perfect! Even our insurance company was pleased!!! Imagine that! I highly recommend them.

I love everything about this company. The Customer Service is pleasant and professional to work with. The estimator was on-time, quick and had a can-do attitude. I had many other "roofers" come to look at the job and either never heard back from them, or they declined the work.New England Home Roofing quickly produced an electronic quote and once I approved it, put me on their schedule for work.Approximately one week later, the workers arrived. They got right down to business and did a fantastic job. They were pleasant (I think their names were Fernando and Justin). They had all the materials and correct tools. They finished the job in less than 2 hours. I'm so happy with the work they did. It looks great! I highly recommend New England Roofing and hope you have the same experience that I have had.
