What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently teach health and wellness at the University of Phoenix. I consistently am obtaining new certifications and attending workshops to increase my knowledge. I take part in clinical research and research new topics and trends in the field. I will soon be obtaining my Ph.D.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Followed my passion to help and motivate people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Exercise programming, food diary, stress management and relaxation, stretching and flexibility, strengthening, toning, decreasing heart disease risk factors, sugar control with diabetics.
