- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first determine a clients goals and also find out any previous injuries or barriers to exercise they may or may not have. From there I create a detailed exercise plan for the client based on their specific needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about health and fitness and have been involved in many sporting activities over the years. Also, as someone who has always had to work hard to stay fit I know the struggle that many looking to improve their health face.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often I help clients lose weight. That being said I have had clients with many other goals. By adding in yoga and massage therapy I look to improve clients ability to move and exercise effectively.
