Quotes for appraisals are given after information regarding type of property. As a Realtor CMA's are free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients typically will contact call or text me for either appraisal services or to List or buy a property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a State Certified Residential Appraiser with 13 years experience completing market value reports. State of Connecticut regulations stipulate only a State Certified Appraiser can set market value for a property. Only as a realtor I can prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA) to find a listing price for my clients free of charge.
