My computer would not boot up at all. I called Josh. He answered my call and was at my front door in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the computer and clearly explained the possible problems. I gave him my computer and asked him to fix ASAP. He was back at my house in about 1 hr. with my repaired computer. Excellent price for work. After he left I had a few questions. He called back quickly and we spent over 1 hr. on the phone as he directed me to reset the time in the BIOS successfully. For excellent service at low cost call Josh! Richard 9/2016

I had two PCs, one a very precise laptop, and Josh made both work which was beyond miraculous. His attention to detail and precision was frankly alarming, but I don't believe for a second he could have gotten either back to life if he hadn't gone so micro. If you want sloppy, get someone else, if you want it just done and done right Josh is your guy. He managed to do what me (a sysadmin) and Sony Engineers could not.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Would gather all information on the troubled device from the potential client. I then tell them what they would be looking at in parts, if any are needed. I would give my quote. Its either a fixed price or an hourly amount. Upon being hired I complete it either same day or clients can schedule out to 2 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with computers almost my whole life. Started messing around and building my own PCs when I was 15. I have been 3d printing my own items for about 3 years. I have a extensive background in cad 3d software. I make your dreams come true, I will take any picture or blueprint and have a fully printed version in less than a week.
