As a new homeowner the last thing I wanted to realize was plumbing issues in my home! City Mechanicals was extremely easy to work with, from the immediate communication after booking an appointment, to an immediate follow up after the work was completed to ensure I was 100% happy with the service I received! Freddie was extremely professional and quick to identify my issue and started the repairs immediately. He was professional, honest, and fair business wise but still maneuvered around my home with extreme care as if it were his own home! When I mentioned, I was a new homeowner, Freddie even went out of his way to go down to the basement to take a look at my furnace and hot water heater and explained when I should expect to service or look to replace! My experience from start to finish was excellent, so to say the least, they have earned a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs!
