Sorry that you feel that way Russ. FYI the reason the job took as long as it did is because you insisted that your thermostat did the heat as well as the cooling. Your thermostat only did the cooling and whoever installed it originally had two additional wires there that were not identified so I went on a wild goose chase to trace them out when the heat didn't come on. Had you just said you weren't sure if that thermostat did the heat I wouldn't have waisted as much time tracing out the other two wires and just did what my other tech had done and turned on the lower level thermostat and verified that that thermostat controlled all the heat not just the lower level like you said. In that case the job would have been done in 30 minutes. And for the record I tried calling you and messaging you through Thumbtack to explain and resolve this with you but you chose not to respond. And finally if you were so unhappy and wouldn't recommend us why did you have my tech give you an estimate for additional work.
