Brian and his team did a great job insulating our attic. He really helped us out as the insulation company we originally hired was unresponsive in getting the project done in a timely manner. We were right in the middle of a heat wave and they weren’t going to come out for 3-4 more weeks. I had originally really liked Brian, but went with a different company over pricing. The moral of the story is that if the cheap company doesn’t do what they say they are going to do, it’s not really cheap at all. You lose time and money.
Brian was ultra responsive to our dilemma and came and remedied our situation in only a few days. Amazing! We were so satisfied with his professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. His entire team really came through for us in a tight spot. Thank you!

Ive had the pleasure of working with Brian Lynch, the owner / operator of Koala Insulation Of Southern Connecticut, on several residential construction projects over the years. I cant think of anyone better to be running an insulation company. Brian is passionate about the environment, hes a perfectionist, and he has an excellent grasp on the Building Science required to create comfortable efficient homes. I wish Brian and his team the best of luck.

As a landlord, its great to have a firm like Koala Insulation of Southern Connecticut in one of my properties. Brian, the owner, has been great to deal with, professional and responsive. I can see that hes going to be successful and Ill have a reliable tenant for the foreseeable future. Best of luck to Brian and Team.
Koala Insulation of Southern Connecticut's reply
Bill, thank you. It's been nice to deal directly with the owner and not an agent. You've been great and the property is exactly what we were looking for. I have had several other Koala Franchisees visit our shop and they all have warehouse envy. We are definitely set up for success in our Shelton premises.

I'm not a customer of Koala, but I did provide a service for them and I wanted to leave a review about my excellent experience. Brian (the owner) communicated with me proactively throughout our dealings and unlike other clients I worked with, he treated me with a great deal of respect and generosity. It's clear to me that this business is managed ethically and professionally and I'd highly recommend them.
Koala Insulation of Southern Connecticut's reply
Mr LoFrisco, we really appreciate your kind words. Working with you was a great experience. Our plan is to quadruple business in the next 4 years which will mean more trucks for you to help us bring back to Connecticut.
