- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am consistently reading and learning new techniques. This is an art and with all arts, it takes a lifetime to master.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal Chef Services for clients in home is my favorite job to do. Teaching and cooking meals from scratch together is another favorite of mine.. In the end you have a professional chef prepare a meal in your own home while learning all the skills to do it yourself. This meal will be better than 99% of all restaurants. I always provide a recipe and a place to take notes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you ask for a sample menu of what I might make please understand it's only a sample I can ALWAYS make something else if that is what you're seeking.
