- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we do not have standard pricing . The reason being is that we design menus for each every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down with our customers face to face and discuss their event .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband, Todd, graduate from Southern New Hampshire college with a degree in culinary arts. He started working with the Carbones after he graduated. I went to college for a degree in communications. Came back from college and worked in various restaurants where I became the manger . I have worked in every type of restaurant from fine dining, to Dutch Indonesian, to. BBQ house. Todd and I are started our own catering business over 20 years ago and then we opened The Red Cabin restaurant in 2006. We serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week and we offer full catering services ,
