What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sessions are 60 minutes in length and are priced at $75* per session. *If session is 10+ miles from South Windsor, CT, travel fees may apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all new clients for a free consultation and free sample workout session. During this meeting we go through the clients goals and needs to make sure we are a good match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have certifications in Senior Fitness, Fitness Nutrition and CPR/AED.
