Introduction: I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and as I was doing my yoga training I had to really learn how to modify each pose. At that time I did not have the ability or the strength to get into the poses. I feel that yoga is for every person and every body and I am very passionate about helping students to explore their postures in a safe and nurturing environment. Helping others feel good about themselves.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do a lot of continuing education. I love to continue learning everything I can about yoga, there are so many different avenues of yoga. My favorite is restorative I find it very healing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was very ill for three years with an autoimmune disease and yoga has saved my life I'm completely in remission and I feel great.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach group classes for children and adults ,people with disabilities, chair yoga . Private sessions for restorative therapeutic yoga. Reiki.
