- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hourly and pay living wages to our staff. Its ethical, fair and promotes hard work. Underpaid employees are the largest cost of theft in any business. We don't permit gratuities. A fee for a service should include everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can start with an hourly cleaning, deep cleaning, onsite estimate or over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We focus on ongoing service trainings. We also customize each project to that homeowner's individual needs.
