FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When working as a Buyer's Agent, there is NO fee. Commission are paid for buy the sellers, so a Buyer has an advocate, working on their behalf and in their best interest, and there is no Fee. When working with Sellers, fees vary but whatever it may be, I do discount it 1% when I personally procure the Buyer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I typically will have a consultation at the office to discuss the process, the market, and help build realistic expectation. I think the Verbal Timeline really helps someone understand the whole process, whether buying or selling.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in the late 80's, I started buying real estate, remodeling, and selling real estate. I've learned the hard way with many tough lessons.
