I do all types of property maintenance, from minor home repairs to painting, yard work, tree work, snow removal, and junk removal.
When I do a job, I complete it as if it were my own house. I've recently started my business after doing home maintenance for over 20 years for my brother's rental properties. I have just completed a tree trimming project and fixed plumbing issues for my first couple of customers.
If there's something I can't fix, such as major electrical or plumbing issues, I subcontract that part of the job to only one electrician and plumber I personally know and only use, so I can get a discount from him and pass the savings off to my customers.

Hello,
I hired John to mow and for general maintenance of my lawn. John took care of my lawn immediately. John's prices are very reasonable and fair. I also hired John to build my grill for Memorial weekend. John came out before my planned cookout and built it within 2 hours. The grill works just fine. I've used Johns services twice - once for trimming these very tall bushes and pulling out a dead plant, then again for mowing and he's always done the job better than expected, on time and for a fair price! I'll continue to use his services for any maintenance requirements moving forward.

John did a bathroom for me. He removed the popcorn ceiling/painted, painted the walls, put new calking around my tub. Good prices. Would highly recommend for future jobs.
