Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service and knowledge is a disgrace. After a few months of coming back and forth looking for part numbers and getting wrong parts, he showed up without calling and ended up leaving me and my family without plumbing for well over 24 hrs when he promised to come back first thing in the morning. After numerous messages and cries for help he showed up only to leave again with a huge open sewage hole in my basement and never return or respond to a message for over a month now. I'm left with a bio hazard basement. An open sewage hole, my home smells and my kids are getting sick. He made our problem worse that's why he won't call or come back. I'm still trying to find a company to figure out what he did wrong. He told me to have my kids " pee in the woods" that's an exact quote. Beware!!!! I had to give a star...otherwise there wouldn't be one. Disgrace of a company!!

John is very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He will always be my first and if possible, my only choice for future drain cleaning needs.
