So that tells me they book first and scramble to find servers after - this service was on a tight deadline - had they not delivered I would have been screwed and this would have been a 1 star review but good on them for finding someone Secondly the intake agents made me think twice about using the service - they kept mentioning that they recommend (3) tries for residential despite being given clearly commercial defendants to serve. Another agent confused the service address with my home address not taking the time to read the intro letter I drafted as an overview for service. At the end of the day they overcame these issues but they need to work on this to shore up their service for the future - I would use them again but with added buffer time"See more
