Nazar just finished up some handyman work for me, fixing a drop ceiling job my husband started (and couldn't finish!) as well as closing up access to a crawl space. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive and worked efficiently. I already have more projects for him!

Nazar was outstanding to work with. Managing a project from hundreds of miles away can be challenging, but he made the entire process seamless. He kept me consistently updated with progress photos and clear communication throughout. He was also very flexible with materials—either picking up items I ordered online or sourcing them himself when quantities or specifics were uncertain. His workmanship is thorough, and he brings a wide range of skills to the job - tile, carpet, carpentry, painting - he has the skills. I highly recommend Nazar.

I contacted them at lunchtime on Monday, and have brand new bathroom vanities installed by Thursday morning—as well as a recommendation for how to repair a large area without tile or drywall. Nazar put in a kitchen floor, a step by the kitchen door, saddles, baseboard trim, replaced a broken tile for me and built a wooden box around an exposed pipe. Nazar does excellent work. He is professional, responsive and punctual. He goes in and does exactly what he has to do. I will use him again and I highly recommend him.

    My pricing is straightforward: I charge by the hour with a two-hour minimum for small jobs. Larger projects can be quoted as a flat price. I don’t add hidden fees, and I always explain the cost before starting. Materials are not included in labor pricing.
