- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price can vary though we are usually lower than others. The difference is we mostly include two versions of resumes for the same price. All work is satisfaction guaranteed. We work with you to get you something that is effective but is what you want. Ongoing changes and updates are free and this is important and something our customers love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Most times we ask a customer to send a copy of their most recent resume plus any updates. It's best if Word has been used but we can work with anything. We also want a brief statement about the kind of position you are seeking as well as a backup choice so we can broaden the search path.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We constantly search the Internet for the latest Info on the specific project working directly with the customer to turn out a really effective document. Just check our reviews to see how we aim to please but also to make an effective resume or sales document. I have written produced and directed TV and Radio, live conferences, written executive speeches and plenty of resumes.
