- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work--and pricing--is customized to my client's exact needs, goals and desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a Deep Dive Discussion as soon as my client completes a customized questionnaire about (1) their personal strengths, values and expertise, (2) their ideal clients'/audience's greatest challenges/needs and deepest desires, and (3) how their services and offerings help make their ideal clients'/audience's lives better. From there, I begin to craft copy for my client as well as ensure accurate proofing once in final form. Together we establish all milestones and timing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training with world class marketers including Marcia Yudkin and Bill Baren. Plus I have a BA in Economics and MS in Finance from Boston College. Moreover, I have 16 years of corporate banking experience, helping start-ups to Fortune 500 companies tell their story, so they could get the financing they needed to grow and succeed.
