Chef Leon was very professional. The food was absolutely amazing. My guests were loving the food and telling me how delicious the food was. Chef Leon is very easy to work with and will work with you on food choices and budget. He doesn't make you feel any pressure and is very helpful on what food would be good for your event. I would definitely hire Chef Leon again for any future events I plan.

Chef Monsanto catered my kid's graduation party and everyone loved the food! Chef was extremely responsive and suggested some menu items. He delivered the food promptly and was extremely professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Selfless Caterers!

Working with Chef Leon was a pleasure from start to finish! His food was splendid, his demeanor was professional, bright and engaging. Chef Leon prepared lunch, cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres, and dinner for a group of five hungry men. Not only was the food fabulous, but Chef Leon left the kitchen spotless at the end of his work. My guests and I all loved his meals. I highly recommend using Chef Leon and I will do so again!

My family and I cannot say enough positive things about Selfless Caterers. Chef Leon reached out to us right after we contacted him inquiring about services. He then fit us in for a private dinner for 2 right away. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely professional and always available via phone. On the night of the private event, he arrived early and got started working right away. He was extremely personable and catered to the exact requests/preferences we had. Each course was more delicious than the last and he was very attentive to food allergies, etc. Chef cleaned up everything impeccably and there were plenty of leftovers for the following days. His warm, inviting personality made for not just a wonderful dinner event, but a beautiful experience that will be cherished forever. We plan to use Chef Leon in the future...many times and highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking to host any type of event! Thanks Chef Leon!

I like to go beyond expectation to personalize all events. I value all clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial phone consultation. My team and I formalize a proposal. After everything is agreed upon, we execute the event. Leaving clients speechless is the goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate in Culinary, Bachelor in Hospitality and over 15 years of experience in the industry.
